WinterPastureweb

I started painting this in a class I was teaching and loved it so much I took it home and finished it. I love the serenity of the scene and the warmth the sun gives on this cold winter day. I hope you love it as much as I do.

I had the opportunity to take some super fun pictures of some great Seniors this last weekend as they got ready for the Homecoming Dance.

It was so much fun! They were so great to shoot. I felt like I was on the red carpet at the Emmy’s with beautiful people surrounding me. :D

Here’s some of my favorite photos from the lot.  Enjoy!

I’m working on some really fun doodly whimsy winter fun! This is my first family, and my husband has psychoanalyzed that it is representative of my mother and father with the way I view myself. Blah! It’s just a silly fun picture for the holidays.  Although the Dad does kind of look like my dad… a little… if you squint your eyes… really hard. :D

Hope you enjoy it!SnowHappyFamilyweb

Friends I have come to a decision to hang up my pattern making apron and put my painting apron back on.
After 3 years of trying to absolutely fall in love with pattern making, I am admitting that I really don’t like writing out the patterns – at all!
I have been a bit conflicted over this [...]
